I have been really busy with my event project and I've been getting emails for collaboration which really make me happy! And so, I really wanted to share that YOU GOT A NEW SUBSCRIBER!

I am currently on the move to find new youtubers and I found many. Check them out because they are amazing and I love them.

1. Alaina Nicole | Video: Morning Routine 2017

I found her channel earlier this morning and she just gain another subscriber instantly. I believe she's living a married life, started Youtube about 5 months ago and she's growing pretty fast. She have beauty, deco, DIY, organization related video.

While I was browsing through, I found her video and it just make me want to watch more of her video. Her voice and the video is sooooooo soothing that I can't stop watching.

2. Ellie June | Video: My Perfect Fall Night - After School Night Routine 2017

Her channel is about 7 months old and her editing skill is on point! Personally, I love it! I replay her video just for her editing skill and her cinematography. Ellie reminded me of young Meredith Foster which I still watch her everyone now and then but she's going to be the next Youtube star! You go, girl!

3. Hannah Ashton | Video: Fall Morning Routine 2017

She is a #GIRLBOSS! Her motivation, organization and being a girl boss is just on point. Hannah own a business and only 18 years old. She started her Youtube channel about 4 years ago with beauty related video and now, she's an amazing boss babe!

She have this minimalist theme going on and I love it.
Well, she is a boss babe. No more words needed.

4. Nika Erculj | Morning Routine

I like to associate her with Hannah. I found her through Hannah Ashton in one of her #GIRLBOSS videos. Nika started her Youtube journey at 19 years old with her passion to document herself and I love it.
She have GIRLBOSS, fashion and health related video which pretty sums up why I'm always viewing her video. Such a motivator, aesthetically pleasing video, the color and the filter just complements her beauty and her style. If I need motivation on a moody morning, I would put her video on and let it fill my environment. Her positivity is just amaaaaazing!

Over the years, blogging have become from hobby to business platform and more and more people started seeing the benefits in blogging and youtubing. As more people starting to pursue their career as a bloggers or youtubers, there's been a circulating information about rules in blogging. If you search on Pinterest on how to be a blogger for newbie, there's tons information of rules and guideline.

If you come here in hoping to read some of the rules that I've found over the years, sorry to break it out to you. But this is not that kind of a post. Yesterday, whilst I was scrolling on my Twitter, I came across this tweet:

And yes, I totally 100% agree with her. As much as I love blogging, all these rules just suck out most of my energy just because as a newbie, you want to be fit in or you want people to notice your work.

Here's something what I want to share with all of you, not only bloggers, but to all professions:

I remember started blogging at the age of around 9 or 10 years old. I would sneak out after school to go cyber cafe and I would write few blog post whilst others playing games. I remember vividly that I would post up to 3 blogposts a day and I'm not worried about if people would want to read 'em or not. All I know is that blogging is a platform created and is giving chances to people who love to write, to express themselves in anyway that they want it to be.

Over the years we've been blinded by people's lifestyle on social media and that portrays nothing. We posted what we want to post but that one picture doesn't represent our self in a whole. One person might have hundreds and thousands of followers and interaction with their followers like an idol or ikon but one thing you need to remember, world is not a wish granting factory. You don't always get what you want. You will always feels like its not enough for you when you already have everything you ever need in the entire life.

Up until now, I found 2 most important rules that I begin to apply to myself and this is the reason why:

You don't need to have a marble flatlay or an expensive camera for blurry background effects and blogging its not about getting stuff for free or being sponsored. You don't have to have a theme for your Instagram or perfect pose. You don't have to spend or invest in blogging. The only thing that you need to invest is your passion. If you want to write, then write. If you want to criticize, then do it. If you want say something, say. No one is ever going to stop you. Don't worry about not having amazing photo to go with your amazing post that you've spent hours writing on it. Don't worry if one of your post is not fit with your niche. Don't worry about all that.

Why do you thing Zoella or Meredith Foster or Pointlessblog Alfie Deyes or Tanya Burr or even KKandBabyJ is an ikon of successful teen? Because they do what they love. Keren from KKandBabyJ started her channel because she wanted to share about being a teen parent. She documented her pregnancy with Jackson and now here they are with 600K subscribers. Zoella started recording herself at age 9 or 10 and pretending to talk to a camera about her packing for camping. Meredith Foster started her video recording from her laptop.

They started blogging without expensive tools and because of their passion of making videos lead them to where they are today.

So start to do what you are passionate about. Break the rules and follow what your heart says.

2. Don't worry about numbers. JUST BE PATIENT & PASSIONATE

Numbers is huge deal to everyone even I got sucked up with numbers and honestly, I was demotivated over the past few weeks because of numbers and the rules set up. We are living in a billions billions billions of people in this world. Don't worry if your friend next door doesn't support your blog or what you do because there will be people from other states or even country that may have the same idea as you but doesn't have the opportunity or strength to express themselves and because of what you do, you inspire them and they love you for that.

Don't be demotivated with numbers. Zoella took about 7 to 8 years to be where she is today. Same goes to other bloggers and youtubers. This career is not a one night success. If you want to turn this into your career because you think its easy and fun and makes a lot of money. Let me tell you one thing, writting a blogpost is not easy, making a youtube video is not easy. Do you know how much time people spent in every blogpost or even editing their youtube videos?

But if you're patient enough and passionate enough, all your hardwork will pay off. Don't worry about being fame. The only one thing that you need to be worry about is being original, being true to yourself and write what reflects you. You don't have to be other people for numbers. You don't have to act or write differently because of numbers.

Its okay if you don't like beauty related post because there's tons of people out there who don't like beauty related post. All you need is time for them to find you. Don't put pressure on yourself for not having giveaways to your readers or mini meet ups. Just be yourself. Trust yourself. Be who you are want to be and go for it.

Success is belong to people who are passionate about what they do and I know there's tons of people who are passionate about they are doing and sometimes it felt like you are not good enough to take on the world. Trust yourself and know that one day you will be where you need to be.

I'm sorry for those who saw the unfinished post to this but here I am again, trying to steal some time off my work to write a blogpost. Not sure if I'm going to post it as soon as I'm finish but I hope I will.

Before you continue reading, I have been wanting to switch language and I'm not sure how because honestly most of my readers are from UK, US, Canada etc etc. I'm still weighing my choice but I really want to show and portray my real me and by writing in English, I don't really feel like it. Get it? No? Yes? Its okay. We'll let the time decide.

Hair care is an essential steps to all women that I personally like to take it slow and work with my hair. I don't own many hair care product like other youtubers or bloggers but I am taking an extra step. Personally, those who seen me without hijab, they loooooooove my hair! I have been doing this research for about a year-- going into youtube and read some beauty bloggers and I have take everything into account and create my own which I'm pretty happy with the result.

Considering that I wear hijab, hair care routines is as important as my skin care routine. I have pretty oily hair and I do have scalp problem since I was a baby to my choice of shampoo varies throughout the process. It does't matter what shampoo or product you use, you can incorporate that with what your hair really need.

1. Brush hair before shower // Meredith Foster: One thing that I learn from her routine videos is that she comb her hair with her beloved tangle teezer before washing them. This is to release any knot in your hair and water are able to seep in and reach to your roots.

2. Double washing // Maria Johnson: She uses double washing techniques, I guess most saloon does this and I have tried this technique. I 100% encourage everyone, men or women to try this technique. I mean its self explanatory like how you do double cleansing. This is how she does it-- she will wash her hair with shampoo to get any debris, oil or foreign stuff in the hair and wash it off. She will then wash it again as in to properly lather the shampoo onto her hair and massage her scalp using her fingers. Wash it off again and continue with conditioner.

3. Oil or serum  // Niomi Smart: In one of her routine videos, Niomi stated that one of her secret to have a healthy hair is to use an any desired oil - morrocan oil, argan oil or any other hair oil when your hair 50% damp. Dry your hair with with a towel and once its 50% dry, apply oil at the end of  your hair. This will reduce split ends and your hair will grow stronger.

5. Avoid heat // Niomi Smart: The reason between Niomi great/nice hair is because she never.. I mean she might have you heat on her hair but the best way to take a good care of your hair is to avoid using heat. If she need some curls, she will put into braid the night before and sleep with it and wake up with a pretty decent wave or curls as you called it.

Me, My Purdah & My Journey

Alhamdulillah, dah 2 years since I make the decision untuk pakai purdah. Honestly, it was the biggest decision in my life untuk pakai purdah sebab my background and what and who I am during that period of time sangat tak memberangsangkan.

I started to fall in love with purdah since sekolah menengah. During that time, one of my senior pakai purdah and I fall in love with her appearance. Walaupun dia pakai semua hitam tapi MashaAllah, she is so beautiful. Daripada Form 4, I start to learn on how to wear, how to eat and all those related to purdah.
Alhamdulillah, on my 20th birthday, Allah panggil untuk perform Umrah and during dekat Mekah, I remember how I want to buy a purdah so bad and I bought one. The first time I put the purdah on, there's no word to describe the feeling. Walaupun purdah hitam tapi sejuknya Allah yang tahu. Since then I never leave my purdah behind. Its my best friend, my life.

Well, honestly, I still do wear makeup. I still buy bunch of makeup products and people often question me.. Why?
You see.. I don't wear make up to show my blinding highlighter. I don't wear make up to show (as to what orang selalu katakan.. pakai makeup mesti nak menunjuk.. pfft!). I wear make up untuk my own confident booster. I don't have a nice skin, I have imperfections, I have blemishes and makeup help to concealed and make me look a lil pretty. sikit je la. tak banyak pun. haha

Currently the only makeup product that I use is Maybelline FitMe Matte Poreless compact powder in shade 222 True Beige. On certain occasion, of course I will melaram! Blinding highlighter, nude or red lips, mascara, brows, eye shadows yada yada yada.. but still, purdah is still on. That's just how I like it.

Allah. When it come to dugaan, I have gone through a lot and still going through. Pandangan orang towards yang pakai purdah ni mostly more leaning kepada yang pakai purdah kena lemah lembut, mostly jenis passive but I break the stereotype by being who I am. Some of them boleh terima and some of them just can't. I'm sorry that I can't be how society portrays me to be.
There's time bila ade orang soal, "pakai purdah sebab trend ke?". The good thing about this is, I don't care. Well, melenting tu harus lah. Darah muda kan tapi bila dah lama lama. Its my life. I have the right to do what I want to do.
There's a lot of rude people out there. If any of you reading this and alhamdulillah dapat hidayah untuk pakai purdah. I say, go for it! You never know what a piece of kain can do to you.

I have to say, dugaan pakai tudung, dugaan pakai tudung labuh, dugaan pakai purdah sangat lah berbeza. Serupa dengan dugaan bercinta, tunang and kahwin. Dugaan yang sangat berbeza. Cumanya kuat atau tidak tapi one thing I want to share is, kebergantungan kita dengan Allah. percaya. Put your trust in Him, in sha Allah everything will be okay.

Ade certain people yang akan terasa bila pakai purdah sebab kena pakai jubah je. haha. Don't worry. When you pakai purdah, tak perlu pakai jubah pun. Any loose outfit dah memadai. Concept tutup aurat ni mudah je. Pakai yang longgar, tutup mana yang patut di tutup, kalau jalan.. jangan nampak bentuk badan (because current fashion ade banyak baju or seluar yang flowy tapi ikut alunan badan bila kita bergerak. That's a total no no!)

Alhamdulillah after 2 years of wearing purdah, I can finally say that whenever I go out without purdah (atas sebab tertentu; kerja or gathering with family) I really do miss covering my face. Even before, when I was a kid, I never tell anyone especially strangers what my real name is. I always like to keep myself, my true identity hidden from the world.

Assalamualaikum, love!

Well, Ramadhan is way over.. Syawal is almost over and here I am, back on track getting even busier than ever. Busyness is not suppose to kick in until next semester but hey, someone decided to bring our event project forward. But then again, why am I not surprise? *cries*

Life update:

I am currently busy with project task and stuff but I've made up my mind that I want to blog and I will find time to blog as well. Now, if you have been here long enough, I don't really.. wait no.. you know that I always.. ALWAYS take time off with blogging because honestly speaking, my plate is full!

I'm currently juggling uni assignment, event project, 2 other events; one is pending and one will be this Thursday, mock meeting. I don't think that I will be going home as much as I plan I would. No more dating, no social life and of course no more spending money on unnecessary item because I really need a holiday when all of this finish.

Yes, blogging is a way that I could flush out my stress and sit on my bed or anywhere with plug point, stick my earphones in and Spotify is there with my favourite playlist to get me into the mood to just write.
I have been planning few blogpost and I starting writing few of 'em that is all lifestyle basis. So far, I'm pretty proud of myself but I don't want to give credit yet. My life might just take a upside down turn and I'll never know.

I am currently.. CONSTANTLY on my phone, on Pinterest looking for a way to start a quick and healthy morning routine or just a general routine that include self-care on a busy day which is my typical everyday including weekend. *sigh*

I have been making few boards including minimalism routines and my personal development and some other makeover board. Haha.

I'm currently searching stuff to makeover my bedroom to that's why. Suggest me some idea on how to make my small room lively and doesn't feel like a room but more like a personal space that people can actually come in and lay around..

In the next few blogpost, I will update on how minimalism lifestyle affect on my everyday lifestyle. I would say, for now, it have been positive and I have been waking up to full energy to take on the world!

RAMADHAN 20: Call them to bear witness

Ibn Abbas(RAH) narrated that:
the Prophet send Muadh to Yemen, and said: “You are going to some people among the People of the Book. Call them to bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and that I am the messenger of Allah. If they obey that, then tell them that Allah has enjoined upon them five prayers every day and night. If they obey that, then tell them that Allah has enjoined upon them charity (Zakat) from their wealth, to be taken from the rich and given to their poor. If they obey that, then beware of (taking) the best of their wealth. And beware of the supplication of the oppressed, for there is no barrier between and Allah.”

RAMADHAN 19: Night of Al-Qadr

Aishah narrated:
"The Messenger of Allah would Yujawir (stay in I'tikaf) during the last ten (nights) of Ramadan and he said: 'Seek the Night of Al-Qadr during the last ten (nights) of Ramadan.'"
